"Great dining experience. Interesting menu packed with flavours. I can highly recommend the delicious cold soup with anchovies. Only downside was slow service, although the owner has came to apologise and explained they where understaffed."

"An amazing experience. Came for lunch and did a bit of a tasting menu, let the kitchen decide, and everything was unreal! Had 7 courses, each one delicious and unique. Was really impressed with the ingenuity of the menu. A wonderful wine selection as well. The service was perfect, wonderful staff including the lovely owners. Cannot say enough about this experience, truly a delight and definitely recommend coming here."

"A gorgeous family-run restaurant. Eating here was a highlight of both my visits to L'Escala, 5 years apart. Second time round I chose some of the same dishes as my first visit as they lingered long in my memory. As a semi-Swede I love that they offer Sweden-inspired dishes as well as delicious Mediterranean fare."

"The owner is very nice and friendly, her origin is Swedish and the character of the dishes is also rather nordic, which gives an exclusive and excellent taste to it. It is definitely worth a visit! No calories bombs, but absolutely well and thoughtful combinated dishes with perfect taste and texture. Unfortunatly the full menu is not always available but they have alternatives and inform about them."
